When shopping online at Heart N’ Soul Kids, we understand how important it is for your items to arrive the way you expect them. You can be certain that we will make every effort to ship your order with minimal interruptions.
We currently offer FREE shipping to Canada with a minimum purchase of $75 before tax and to the Continental US with a minimum purchase of $99 (CDN) before tax.
FREE local pickup is also available within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) - contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange local pickup after placing your order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding standard holidays) will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two to three business days.
Days in the following tables refer to business days and they are estimates only. There is no delivery on Saturday and Sunday and please allow additional 1-2 business day processing time. All shipping will be calculated upon checkout. For orders that qualify for free shipping it will be calculated based on purchase price before tax.

Heart N’ Soul Kids uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 6-12 business days. For US Orders, please allow time for customs clearance. When shipping to the U.S. additional duties and taxes may incur and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please take notice of your local customs and import fees.

Once you have completed your order online, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
You can track your package online through Canada Post.

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with detailed photographs so we can take a look. This is necessary for our records.
At Heart N’ Soul Kids we hand pick all of our selections and our customer’s happiness is our number one priority. It is very important for us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If under any circumstances you are not, you can always send it back to us for an exchange or full refund.

Heart N’ Soul Kids will refund customers through original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed. In the event that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be fully refunded.
We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You’ll get the right size or color faster if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.
